Build a workflow
Automations combine a supported trigger with bounded workflow steps. Current workflows can use campaign sends, waits, contact or List activity, supported profile or channel changes, and conditional routing within the limits shown by the builder.
- Open Workflows, then choose Create automation to enter the dedicated builder.
- Start with a supported welcome, follow-up, or inbound WhatsApp reply recipe, or choose a blank workflow. Recipes leave the List and saved-campaign choices for you to confirm.
- Create and save the workflow as a draft, then return to the workflow directory.
- Choose only campaigns and Lists that are ready in the same workspace.
- Use Path preview to follow a no-send route through waits and branches before activation.
- Open Preflight before Activate, Run, or Schedule to review the trigger, current reach, exclusions, waits, and blockers.
- Confirm the action, then use Runs to inspect recent execution state.
- Pause workflows that should stop accepting new trigger activity.
Schedules and safeguards
Supported schedules include one-time and bounded recurring patterns with timezone, end, occurrence, interval, weekday, calendar, and exclusion controls where the builder offers them.
Execution re-checks
Wepy re-checks tenant, sender, audience, suppression, rate, and access boundaries during execution. A saved workflow is not permission to bypass current sending controls.
