One workspace per brand boundary
Contacts, lists, senders, campaigns, content, automations, and results are scoped to the active workspace. Switching workspaces changes the product data you are viewing.
- Owner: full workspace administration, including member and role controls.
- Admin: day-to-day setup and content management where allowed.
- Member: normal product access without owner-only controls.
Invite and manage your team
- Open Settings > Workspace.
- Invite a teammate using the address they will use for Wepy.
- The recipient confirms their account and accepts the workspace invitation.
- Owners and admins can resend or revoke a pending invitation. The same recipient cooldown and invitation limits still apply.
- Owners can review the permission preview and confirmation before changing a member role.
Last-owner protection
Wepy protects the last owner from being removed or leaving until another owner exists.
Manage your personal account
- Open Settings > Profile to update your display name or start a verified sign-in email change.
- Email changes are completed through Supabase confirmation; the current sign-in address remains active until verification succeeds.
- Delete account removes your personal profile and workspace memberships, then signs you out while protected identity deletion finishes in the background.
- If you are the only owner of a workspace, add or promote another owner before deletion can continue.
Workspace data stays separate
Personal account deletion never deletes a workspace, contacts, campaigns, consent history, reports, or other tenant data. Workspace deletion remains a separate support-led request.
