Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy

Messages may be sent only to recipients the customer is legally allowed to contact. Purchased, scraped, harvested, guessed, or unlawfully shared contact lists are prohibited.

• Identify the sender accurately.
• Include a working unsubscribe method where required.
• Honor unsubscribe and suppression decisions promptly.
• Do not bypass Wepy or provider sending safeguards.

• Phishing, fraud, impersonation, malware, or credential theft.
• Illegal, deceptive, threatening, or exploitative content.
• Attempts to probe, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt Wepy.
• Using another organization's data, sender, or workspace access.

Wepy may pause sending, disable a connected sender, restrict a workspace, or suspend access when activity creates recipient, provider, legal, or platform risk. Investigations use the minimum operational information needed and do not expose saved provider secrets.
