Beta access
These terms apply to the Wepy private beta operated by Hostkicker Workplace Private Limited. Beta access is free, limited, and may change before a generally available release. Wepy does not currently offer checkout or paid subscription management.
Accounts and workspaces
Users must provide accurate account information, protect account access, and be at least 18 years old. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for member access, connected providers, and activity performed through their workspace.
Customer responsibilities
Customers control their sender accounts, contacts, consent records, campaign content, and sending decisions. They must have a lawful basis and appropriate permission before contacting recipients.
Use must follow the Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy, provider requirements, and applicable marketing and privacy laws.
Service changes and availability
Beta functionality may be changed, paused, or discontinued. Wepy will take reasonable steps to protect customer data and communicate material service issues, but the beta is provided without a guaranteed service level or uninterrupted availability.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, unlawful sending, security risk, material policy violations, or activity that threatens recipients, providers, or the service. Workspace owners may request closure and data handling assistance through support.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Goa, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service.
